Cindy Peck is the founder and organizer of Traveling Texans 50+, a vibrant travel community for active adults seeking connection, adventure, and curated group experiences around the world. Since launching the group in 2010, Cindy has led more than 4,200 travelers on unforgettable tours and cruises fostering lifelong friendships, inspiring four marriages, and helping countless solo travelers feel confident through her successful roommate matching program. A lifelong entrepreneur, Cindy created Traveling Texans to blend her love for exploration with a mission to help others see the world safely, joyfully, and in great company. Her trips have become a trusted gateway for adults 50+ to build community, travel boldly, and live their best life.

Welcome to Traveling Texans 50+, your trusted International and Domestic Group Trips for Adults 50+! Open to travelers all across the U.S! We’re a lively, young-at-heart group of adventurers who love to explore the world together.
Whether you’re single, a couple, retired, or still working, we’ve got a spot for you. Most of our crew is over 60, but age is just a number here. What matters is your spirit of adventure and your love of great company!
Our trips are designed with mature travelers in mind - fun, enriching, safe, and always full of laughter. If you’ve ever hesitated to travel solo, this is your chance to join a warm, welcoming community of like-minded explorers. Many of our members travel without partners, and we often pair people up to help share costs and avoid the dreaded single supplement. Best of all? Lifelong friendships are practically guaranteed. Personally, I’ve gained so many wonderful friends through this group and I know you will too.
